"I had the strangest feeling this wasn't going to end any time soon."
Madison is used to her sleepy little town in Virginia where nothing happens. That is, until Dylan and his family move to town. It's love at first sight - well, mostly. But strange things start to happen in this small town. People are being attacked and dying. When Madison's best friend Amber is the next victim, Madison can't seem to let her go. But is she really gone? And was it really a coincidence that this all started right when Dylan's family moved in?
My Opinion: I had a hard time getting into this book. I felt like much of this book was still in outline form. Not enough of it was flushed out and actually shown. It was a lot of written events with little conversation and detail. I felt a bit confused at first with how quickly the plot line went along without any build up. The plot went from choppy to just plain strange. At times I felt like Maddy was more in love with her friend Amber than with Dylan. By the end the story got so confusing and disjointed I could barely understand it. There was such potential to this book in the storyline and I'd love to see it more flushed out.
I received a free copy of this book for review. No other compensation was given. The summary and opinion were 100% my own.
