Paranormal Romance
Young Adult Romance

"If the world didn't suck, we'd all fall off."

Life should be fine now for Marina and Ethan.  Marina has chosen to stay on land, though she has time to make her final decision.  But the pull of the sea is still there, drawing her more and more towards the sea. With everyone around her trying to tell her what to do, Marina longs for the freedom she found in the water.  But they will soon find out that there are far worse dangers out there than simply hanging out with Loralai and surfing alone.  There are those who want to find her.  And as events come and go, Marina isn't sure who to trust.  Perhaps leaving the world of land would be easier.

My Opinion: This sequel is a wonderful continuation of this story.  It pulls you in and keeps you holding your breath until the very end.  Marina is a wonderful character who is conflicted between her two worlds.  The author does a great job showing the strong forces that pull her each way.  The characters from the last story continue to delight with commentary and side stories.  The new characters easily fit into the story, adding suspense to Marina's life.  Though you get more into the details of the world of mermaids, it still seems believable.  Great read with good romance and suspense.  I simply loved this and cannot wait to get my hands on the next book.

I received a free copy of this book.  No other compensation was given.  The summary and opinion are 100% my own.
